Meet Our Team

A native of Waco, Texas, Mr. Kraft graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Business Administration, and he graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 1971. Mr. Kraft has practiced plaintiff's personal injury law in Dallas since 1971. In that time he has represented many thousands of clients in almost every type of injury and disability claim. Mr. Kraft is a former Director, and a current Director Emeritus, of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. He served as President of the North Dallas Bar Association for the 2004-2005 year, and is currently a Director of that organization.

Mr. Davis attended Texas A&M University and Abilene Christian College. He received his law degree in 1982 from the Texas Tech School of Law. Mr. Davis is a former U.S. Marine who served in Viet Nam. Before joining this law firm in 1990, Mr. Davis had extensive experience at other local personal injury firms. He has practiced in several areas of injury law and now concentrates his practice on Social Security Disability claims. Mr. Davis has represented Social Security Disability claimants in several thousand hearings before Administrative Law Judges.

After 20 years of practice with Kraft & Associates, Mr. Davis retired May 31, 2010. However, he remains closely associated with our firm and is now a consultant to our Social Security Disability department.

Ms. Collier received her bachelor of science degree from the University of Houston and her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Collier served as class representative of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society. Ms. Collier was selected as the Hooding Speaker at the school’s Hooding Ceremony. She is currently a member of the Texas Wesleyan Alumni Board. Ms. Collier joined our firm in 2003 after working at other area law firms. In addition to Personal Injury, Ms. Collier has experience in the areas of Family, Criminal, and Workers' Compensation law.

Ms. Ponce was raised in Brownsville, Texas. She received her B.B.A. with a Minor in Latin American Studies from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and then went to the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. After graduating from law school, Ms. Ponce clerked for two federal judges in South Texas and then returned to school to receive her Masters in Law from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin. Her Master’s in Law degree was in International Law. Ms. Ponce became a member of Kraft & Associates in 2007.

Raised in the Dallas Fort Worth area, Mr. Stewart attended the University of North Texas, receiving a double major in both History and Philosophy. He then received his Master's Degree in History from the University of North Texas, and a chapter of his Master's thesis was accepted for publication in the Lamar Journal of the Humanities. Mr. Stewart later obtained his law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in Fort Worth. Mr. Stewart first joined our firm in 1997.

Ms. McLaughlin is a native Texan, and a graduate of Irving's Nimitz High School. She joined our firm in 1987 after five years of employment with Texas Employers Insurance Association, including a job position as lead clerk in their workers' compensation department.

Ms. McLaughlin serves as our firm's Office Administrator, and is responsible for many office operations, including secretarial and staff recruitment and training, marketing, personnel management, and other law firm administrative functions. She manages our firm's computer network and also serves as our law firm's bookkeeper.

Ms. Hicks joined our law firm in 1986. She has filled various positions for us over the years, including bookkeeper. Ms. Hicks now serves as Social Security Department Manager, and also as our Administrative Assistant. As Administrative Assistant, she works closely with other management personnel in training new employees, and in establishing firm policies. She is also our firm's assistant bookkeeper. Ms. Hicks is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Greene joined our firm in 1995, after he worked for a number of years in the automobile repair business. Mr. Greene has responsibility for all office services, supplies, and equipment at our firm, and deals with all our vendors. He also assists in the new case section of our Social Security disability department.

Ms. Lomeli first joined our firm in 1989 as a receptionist and new case clerk. Ms. Lomeli attended Adamson High School in Dallas. Before joining our firm she was employed at a local bank in the customer service department. She now has more than eighteen years' experience as a law firm receptionist, and is able to handle our busy telephone lines and still give visitors a friendly greeting when they come to our office. Ms. Lomeli is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Deleshaw joined our firm in 1997, as a Social Security Assistant. Ms. Deleshaw had 30 years of experience with Government agencies, 23 of which were with the Social Security Administration. Ms. Deleshaw was a Supervisory Hearing Assistant and Acting Hearing Office Administrator at the Social Security Administration Office of Hearings & Appeals. She has also previously worked in the medical field. Ms. Deleshaw attended Southern Methodist University and community colleges in this area. She retired from our firm in 2008, but remains available as a consultant.

Ms. Gregory is a Dallas native who began her employment with this law firm in 1984 as a receptionist. Ms. Gregory has filled various positions for our firm over the years. She currently works in our Social Security Department as one of the legal assistants helping our clients. Ms. Gregory also deals frequently with the Social Security Administration when our clients have problems getting their benefits paid on time.

Ms. Chavez is a Texas native. She graduated from the  University of Texas at Austin. As a student she actively participated in Young Democrats, Mexican American Cultural Committee and other campus based organizations. She received her dual Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and American Studies accompanied with a minor in the English and Spanish languages. She went on to volunteer and intern for the  Irving- based immigrant non-profit organization known as DCET. Before joining our firm in 2007, she was employed by a prominent Dallas law firm.

Ms. Chavez continues to be politically active around her community by participating in local and state level campaign work. Ms. Chavez is fluent in Spanish. She works with new clients in our Social Security disability department, and writes briefs for use in hearings with Administrative Law Judges.

After a long period of full-time employment with our firm Ms. Mobley is now a part-time employee. She also assists with our law firm's marketing efforts. Ms. Mobley has attended Eastfield College and the University of Texas at Arlington.

Ms. Martinez joined our firm in 1995 as a receptionist. She has filled several positions with our firm over the years and currently works as a legal assistant in our Social Security department. She is fluent in Spanish, and serves as one of our Social Security disability department's Spanish-English translators. Ms. Martinez has more than 20 years' experience as a receptionist, legal secretary, and legal assistant.

Ms. Martinez is a graduate of Poteet High School in Poteet, Texas, and a graduate of the Dickinson Business School in San Antonio, Texas. She attended the Court Reporting Institute of Dallas.

She also uses her very creative decorating skills to make our office more festive as we celebrate events such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Cinco de Mayo, St. Patrick's Day, and many other fun occasions.

Ms. Gordon has worked in several capacities with the firm, and now assists clients who have personal injury claims.
